Director of Enclave’s Food and Beverage department, Alfredo De La Torre has been in the industry for more than 25 years as an instrumental hand in opening some of the most luxurious hotels and casinos on the Las Vegas Strip.

As a Vegas dining veteran, De La Torre has worked his way from a Mirage banquet kitchen staff member, through management level at the Bellagio Hotel & Casino, to a fundamental component of the most successful gaming bars in Las Vegas.

A certified cicerone, De La Torre has also assisted in creating bars for Caesars Entertainment and was involved in developing one of the largest beer programs on the Strip. As a former member of Block 16 Hospitality group, the food and beverage connoisseur has trained some of the most talented mixologists in Las Vegas and developed programs gaining the attention of local publications such as Las Vegas Food and Beverage and Vegas Seven Magazine.

De La Torre has an impressive track record of work and was an instrumental asset in obtaining the coveted AAA Five Diamond rating. Today, De La Torre has brought his remarkable commitment to quality service back to Las Vegas as a valued member of the Enclave team.
